This post will probably be shorter than my title. Well, almost…
So, yes, I know it’s already June, but the start of June has been so busy that I haven’t totally started the commitments I’ve laid out for June. In a nutshell, I planned to run a 5k a day, plus a longer run on the weekends; do a lot more cross training; and really concentrate on my diet.
So far, I haven’t done the cross training, I’ve run a 5k two out of the last three days, and there’s birthday cake in the house. I have a lot of reasons why I haven’t stuck to — well, started — my plan. But, as of now (Wednesday night), I’m sleepy and just need to fall asleep. Details to follow…
