It’s been a low mileage week and tomorrow I’ll hit the road for my longest run since last weekend, an early morning 8-miler. I’ve let myself rest a little up this week, but it’s time to get back on the training track. I’m planning to kick things back into gear Monday.
Until then, my mileage to date is below. Still running. Every day. And I should hit another 100+ mileage month by the end of September — just a few days away.
