Kristen R: Ran every day
We did these things every day for one full year. And now, we use this blog as a way to stay connected to another.
Although we still each carve out a little time every week to do these things, we take turns posting occasionally. We're busy working moms, partners, runners, writers, artists and more -- just trying to make it daily.
